The Process

How Enrollment Works at The Ark

We have designed a simple, transparent process to help your family transition smoothly into our community.

Schedule and Complete a Physical Tour

The first step is visiting our facility in person. This allows you to see our classrooms, meet our staff, and confirm that The Ark is the right fit for your family. Tours are available Monday through Friday by appointment.

Receive an Enrollment Invitation

Following your tour, if a spot is currently available in your child's age group, our admissions team will extend a formal enrollment invitation. If capacity is full, you will be placed on our priority waitlist.

Complete the Enrollment Packet

You will receive a comprehensive enrollment packet that includes medical history forms, emergency contact information, authorized pickup lists, and our parent handbook. All documentation must be completed before your child's first day.

Submit the Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee is required to officially secure your child's placement. This fee confirms your commitment and reserves your child's spot in their assigned classroom.

Attend the New Family Orientation

Before your child's first official day, we schedule a brief orientation session. This gives your child the opportunity to meet their teachers, explore their classroom, and begin building comfort in their new environment.

What You Need to Know

Required Documentation

All enrolled families are required to submit a completed medical history form, current immunization records, emergency contact information, and a signed copy of our parent handbook prior to the start date.

Tuition and Fees

Detailed tuition schedules are provided during your facility tour and in your enrollment packet. Tuition is billed monthly and is due on the first of each month. A registration fee is required to confirm enrollment.

Hours of Operation

The Ark at Destiny is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on major federal holidays and observe a limited schedule during certain school breaks.

Meals and Nutrition

We provide nutritious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks daily. Our menus are designed to meet the dietary needs of young children and are posted monthly for parent review. Please inform us of any allergies during enrollment.

Hours of Operation

All staff members are CPR and first aid certified. We maintain strict illness exclusion policies to protect the health of all children in our care. A detailed health policy is included in your enrollment packet.

Communication and Updates

We provide daily activity reports through our parent portal, along with regular newsletters and direct communication from your child's teacher. Our open-door policy means you can reach us at any time.
